The Elgarrekin men's choir, whose name means "together", was founded in 2000 by a handful of choristers from Hasparren to keep the tradition of Basque singing alive in their village.
Its varied repertoire combines traditional, religious and popular songs. Although the Basque language is generally used in the various interpretations, Elgarrekin also sings a few works in Spanish, Italian, Russian and German...
