Druid's apprentice: picking and concocting syrup

For lack of creating magic potion, it is an afternoon in immersion in the gardens of Lacaze aux sottises, in Orion, between Salies and Sauveterre-de-Béarn, that we propose you.

In this experimental and alternative eco-place, Man and the Environment are at the centre of all projects. In the educational garden, rainwater and underground water is recovered, the fertilizer is natural, bio-diversity is encouraged; the plants and cuttings are home-made.

After visiting the market gardens and the orchard, it is time to pick mint, basil, lavender or thyme which, after being boiled and reduced, will be transformed into syrup, 100% natural. Bring a container to take home and enjoy the syrup.
