Gourmet walk

Over an 8km route, come and enjoy a 5-stage menu concocted by the Araux Fête Committee. The walk starts every 20 minutes, and you'll be given an engraved glass to use during the tastings. On the first stage, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the woodcutter's glass and its Iberian amuse bouche, followed by a gazpacho and its woodland puff pastry accompanied by a Béarn rosé. At the third stage, the main course awaits you and will delight you with its taste as well as its name: "la danse du canard sur une jambe et sa saucisse" and its "haricots du coin coin" with a glass of local red or white wine. You'll then be served a plate of shepherd's fare, finishing with a farmhouse cream and Monein peach coulis, and a coffee!
