-10am-12.30pm: Discover the basics of permaculture, food and energy self-sufficiency by Renaud Hermen, ecology trainer.
-12.30pm - 2pm: Lunch (local produce)
-2 - 4.30pm: Intuitive painting workshop and forest bath by Corinne Hell, art therapist and painter.
