The bread walk

Let the smell of freshly baked bread guide you through the door of Etienne's bakery! Here, we favour short circuits and organic farming: the flour is produced not far from here, as it is at the Saint-Pé-de-Léren mill that our visit continues. Romain the miller will introduce us to organic buckwheat and corn flour, also local cereals. Authenticity and conviviality will be the order of the day for this unique bread tour!
