Discover the medicinal plants on the Ile de la Glère in Sauveterre-de-Béarn

Every day, we come across many plants without necessarily paying them any attention. Yet these plants are full of nutritional and medicinal virtues and have been widely used in the past. It's time to reconnect with this ancestral knowledge and reclaim our knowledge of the living world around us.

We invite you to take a walk along the paths of the Ile de la Glère, which has been classified as a Sensitive Natural Area, and admire its rich flora at close quarters.

At the end of each walk, we'll invite you to share a little plant-based tasting.
