In the middle of the city of salt, it is in one of the oldest houses in Salies-de-Béarn that the Restaurant des Voisins is located. Built in 1605, this barn is today transformed into a gourmet restaurant. The ground floor has become a place that looks as stylish as it is intimate, from where you can guess our chef at work. Upstairs behind the piano, you will discover an authentic room, very simply. In summer, a terrace is created in the middle of "the neighbors' alley", where you can eat while admiring our vines. The chef, Nelson Da Silva, surrounded by his team, offers gourmet, refined and creative cuisine prepared mainly with local products and exclusively with fresh products. In 2017, the restaurant received the title of " Maître Restaurateur ".
