At the Thursday morning market in Salies-de-Béarn, you can meet local producers who will be delighted to share their expertise with you. A programme of events is available from the Tourist Office, including a number of "flagship" festivities: Art en Vrac over the Easter weekend, Salies à peindre around 14 July, the crafts of yesteryear on 15 August, the salt festival on the 2nd weekend in September and many more.
