Tempo exhibition continued: here and elsewhere

Combining a documentary approach with aesthetic research, Olivia Gay photographs female workers, farmers, precarious workers, refugees, carers, etc. She seeks to build a human connection with them that will result in one or more images, a ‘comprehensive photograph’.
For Artistes & Associés, she has proposed an exhibition where our gaze moves between here and elsewhere, in the company of women who are often invisible.
The association aims to promote contemporary creation in Béarn by exhibiting photographs on tarpaulins in public spaces, for example. The exhibition at La Station is being held for the first time outside Labastide-Villefranche, and we hope to continue this open encounter with the public in other municipalities.
