    8am: associations' stalls (place du Bayaà). Food, drink and fun!
    10am: craft market (streets of Salies-de-Béarn).
    10am: Mass in Béarnais at Saint Vincent church.
    11am: parade of brotherhoods, villages and associations (from Saint Vincent church).
    11.30am: induction of personalities (Place du Bayaà).
    12pm: demonstration of Béarn dances with the Quadrille salisien followed by traditional jumps (place du Bayaà).
    1pm: La Heste meal to the rhythm of the bandas at...
    Last day of the Salt Festival!

    3.15pm: parade of 19 floats on the theme of ‘La fête du sel s'écrit avec une plume’ (The salt festival is written with a feather), accompanied by the bandas.
    6pm: world championship of sameaux carriers (Place du Bayaà).
    7-9pm: Closing ball with Hesti Music (place du Bayaà).
