Every year, the Blonde d’Aquitaine Festival celebrates this local breed of cattle. Morning: livestock show and vintage vehicle display, breakfast with a side of fun 10.00 am: prize-giving ceremony for breeders 11.00 am: parade through the town centre, led by Los Aigassuts 11.30 am: induction ceremony for the Confrérie de la Blonde 12 noon: prize-giving for the ‘Art Vache’ competition, musical aperitif with Hesti Music followed by various meals with entertainment provided by Los Aigassuts. Grand Blonde feast, or a plate of food or a burger for those with a smaller appetite. 4 pm: street entertainment and activities in the centre of the fairground 7 pm: raffle draw 7.30 pm: aperitif and dancing with Hesti Music 8.00 pm: La Blonde dinner, with entertainment by Los Aigassuts 9.00 pm: Dance evening with Hesti Music 11.30 pm: Fireworks All day: Art Vache exhibition,
