European Heritage Days: Château de Laàs Museum

For the European Heritage Days, on the theme of ‘Heritage of routes, networks and connections’, the Château de Laàs Museum is honouring the itinerary of the Serbat couple, fervent collectors and the last private owners of the Château.
To mark the occasion, the Museum is exhibiting some previously unseen items: Madeleine's fan collection, Louis's medals, paintings from Flanders, etc. Visitors will be invited by our guides to discover how such a collection of furniture came together, and above all what it can teach us about the customs of the period.
There will also be a creative family workshop where everyone can decorate a fan in the style of the emblematic works in our collection. At the end of the activity, you'll be able to take home your own unique creation as a token of your participation in this cultural celebration.
