Léa Vasquez, Master Roaster, is at the helm of Fèves & Chocolat, a "Bean to Bar" chocolate factory offering chocolates made 100% on site. Here, chocolate-making begins with the sorting of beans imported from various countries, including Peru and the Dominican Republic, according to Léa's taste preferences. Then comes the roasting phase, which transforms them into chocolate. You'll find bars of dark, milk or brown chocolate, as well as chocolates with ganache, praline, hazelnuts... not forgetting a hint of Salies fleur de sel.
Our values are ethics, eco-responsibility and fairness.
In 2023, she was awarded the bronze medal by the Guide du club des croqueurs de chocolat for her bonbon praliné coco à la fleur de sel de Salies.
A little plus: the chocolate factory also serves as a tea room with home-made pastries.
