Journées Européennes du Patrimoine : Visites guidées : Parcourir Salies à la recherche des bâtiments restaurés.

This year, the Musée du Sel et des Traditions Béarnaises is taking part in the European Heritage Days, highlighting the architecture of the salt town! Two free and original guided tours are on offer, giving visitors the chance to discover Salies-de-Béarn in a whole new light: - "From the historic town center to the restoration of Château Saint-Pé", this tour immerses visitors in the history of the old streets, half-timbered houses and renovation of the château. - "In the footsteps of Belle-Époque architecture", a tour highlighting the treasures of this period, from the thermal baths to the Hôtel du Parc. Tours depart at 2pm and 4:30pm, with groups limited to 25 people. The Musée du sel et des traditions béarnaises is also open to visitors (admission charge).
