It is from the bottom of the room, in a stone bread oven that whole breads, multi-grain breads, walnuts come out .... prepared mainly from local products and ingredients from organic farming . The door is open to whoever wants to see him work (but it is better to call in advance) and more particularly on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at the end of the day for sale on site.
